How many treatments are required?
Botox® & Fillers produce only temporary effects; therefore, the number of treatments is determined by the patient. Occasionally Fillers can be permanent if the fat cells survive in the targeted facial area, so it is possible that only one treatment may be necessary. However, most fat fillers fade away after a
few months, and treatment may continue if the patient desires.
Will there be any downtime?
No, there is no downtime. You may immediately return to your daily routine.
Questions and Answers
Are there any possible side effects?
Each treatment carries its own side effects. The most common among these are uneven texture of the skin, swelling and scarring. The risk of these side effects is minimal.
Are the injections painful?
Injections are very small and done with a tiny needle that usually does not cause discomfort. The pressure sensation associated with the injection goes away very quickly and patients can
return to normal activities immediately after the procedure.
When will I notice the difference and how long will it last?
Botox® treatment takes three to eight days to take full effect which sometimes can be hastened by contracting the facial muscles. The results usually last from 3 to 6 months. Often, repeated treatments can lead to longer results. The effects of Botox® Cosmetic are confined to the treatment sites.

Botox Therapeutic for Excessive Sweating
Many people suffers from Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis) can be a serious medical issue that can significantly impact your quality of life. Excessive Sweating, also known as Hyperhidrosis, in simple terms, can be defined as overly active sweat glands stimulated by the sympathetic branch
of the autonomic nervous system. This is the part of the nervous system which is responsible for
releasing perspiration throughout the body. This is the body's natural method of cooling itself
down during active periods (such as exercise) or exposure to warm conditions. A person with
hyperhidrosis experiences uncontrolled sweating and/ or blushing. Those who suffer from this
condition are faced with major challenges every day.
The best treatment against Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis) is knowledge. The most common
areas of the body affected by Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis) are the hands, feet, groin, face
and underarms. This Excessive Sweating can have a serious impact on your self-confidence,
personal relationships and even professional success. Botox treatments are geared towards
Hyperhidrosis, which affects local areas such as the underarms, palms, feet and face.
The average duration of effect is 7.5 months and some of our clients have had nearly all of their
symptoms reduced completely. This has had a large impact on their quality of life: specifically, an
increase in productivity, an improvement in their emotional status, a reduction in the number of
times they have to change their clothing each day, and an overall ability to participate in daily and
social activities.
