Rates do not include gratuity. In appreciation of outstanding services, gratuities

may  be given at your discretion

Cancellations/ No-Show Policy


To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation. Late  cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of  $20 or will  forfeit a treatment  from your package.



Fab Skin Centers Policy for Groupons:                                                                                                                                            Groupons are for NEW Customers Only No Exceptions

Refunds -  Questions & Request for refunds are handled thru Groupon or where you purchased the voucher.

Appointment  -  Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price).                            Limitation on purchasing services 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit.  All goods or services must be used by the same person. gift. Fab Skin Center appreciate our new Groupon clients. Our staff has agreed to receive only 5% of the service price in order for clients to receive 50 - 80 %  price reduction.

Although tips are not required it is greatly appreciated. 

No calls / No Show/ Charge for Grouponers is $30.



Groupon and Living Social Merged Companies


 How does this affect customers?

If you purchase a Living Social Voucher the same rules apply as Groupon

Fab Skin  Center will only honor one voucher from Groupon/Living Social per customer.

This means choose Groupon or Living Social voucher, we will not honor both vouchers.

Campaigns with two different services on the same campaign is considered one voucher.

Example: Lipo & B12 Injections these two items are on the same campaign, please choose only one item we will not honor both vouchers.







Groupon / Living Social

New Patients


We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. Should  you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the Laser Tech/Medical Esthetician to be on time for his/her next client. Depending on the length of your treatment, a late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment or a shortened treatment.



We ask that you do not bring young children with you to your appointment.

Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms during services and will be

left unattended during your session.




Product  Refunds

There are no refunds on opened products or unopened unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Service  Refunds


There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.

There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the Client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.

Group reservations


A credit card number is required for group reservations. There is a 48-hour

cancellation policy for parties of 3 or more clients. These reservations are

subject to a 50 % service charge if they are not canceled 48 hours  prior to

time of service. There is no charge if the appointments are cancelled more

than 72 hours before the scheduled service.



Gift Certificate Policy


Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is

rendered. They are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if  lost

or stolen. Gifts Certificates are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at

the time of purchase.


Promotions cannot be combined with any other specials, packages or other discounts.
